  • I think this is my favorite workout!! because is funny and I can do it with my friends! :D surely we'll laugh a lot! and that's an extra exercise ;) I think I'll do this everyday! :D because It combinates cardio with tone exercises! and that's perfect! I love it! :D thanks!!!

  • @flowerrchildd765 Try doing a step up with a barbell on your back works the glutes and that area..Also the leg press machine is good choice!

  • @flowerrchildd765 Try a step up with a barbell on your shoulders and do rep of 12-15...or a leg press is also good(machine) or the glute extension(machine is great!)

  • @flowerrchildd765 You cannot spot fat remove. 'Toning' is the action of removing fat so the muscle stands out.

  • @ShaneM686 Obviously you've never over exerted yourself. I'm new to working out, plus I did this on an empty stomach. Maybe "blacking out" was an exaggeration, so instead I should have used "fading in and out". I was kinda out of it when I typed that. Keep your name calling to yourself, please. It's very discouraging.

  • @leendizzy23 yup you just over did it...keep going but work up to 20 reps over time.

  • @Katrina and Karina: I had both my curcial ligaments done in my left knee. This was 7 years ago. Can I still do that work out?

  • I agree with playet89, I also have inner thigh fat that refuses to leave!! It is so frusterating, my body is seriously toning up all over just my inner thighs are still so huge :(

  • will you do something to burn fat on the inner thigh... my legs are an okay size..and most of its pretty muscly..but my inner thigh fat just wont go away!
