Why do people keep saying the money is going to corrupt governments or that this is a quick fix-- this is micro-finance. It's direct loans to individual people so they can help themselves and then pay it back. I'm glad they're getting clean water, but I'm probably missed the point. These days money can be made out of thin air - it doesn't need to be paper. So they can create an infinite amount of money, and then use it to solve all their problems, if money to create toilets and what not is what is needed.
