I´m swedish and I just have 1 question, why does every1 express their opinions about which one of blackhawk (hkp16) and nh90 (hkp14) they think is the best? I mean the blackhawk is middleheavy (medel tung) and the nh90 is (heavy) meant for different purposes even if the blackhawk will do the nh90:s job until its delivered. Or have I interpreted it wrong?
@AlGothi37 Im not sure what you want to say but of course is a NH90 also middle-heavy helicopter and it has won the race against the Blackhawk. Nobody uses Blackhawks until the NH90 will be delivered - the European countries do not change all few years their helicopters
@StoRdKids ? Not sure what exactly you mean... the absolutely biggest part of the NH90 is created and build from EADS Eurocopter - and this is French-German
@StoRdKids I know what you mean. There is even not the engine from Saab. I have no reason for this. The helicopter is ordered from almost every country in europe - also Sweden. i wouldnt have any problems to say its Swedish ... but producers are only Germany, France, Italy and even the Netherlands. Maybe somebody knows this better than me.
