Hey Meghann! I've been watching your videos since I found out I was pregnant. I just had my baby four weeks ago and wanted to ask you how you coped with breastfeeding at night and the crying and fussiness! It's really taking its toll on me and my husband works and can't really help. You seem so calm and patient. How did you manage?
@DKNY611 it was really exhausting for me. i did my best to sleep - throughout the day - whenever carter slept. and honestly, we moved carter into the bed with us & slept with him, which made breastfeeding convenient & easy.
@rMeghann Thanks for responding! He is now 2 months old :-) and sleeping through the night! I wanted to also ask you what kind of swing Carter is in and when did he outgrow it? I'm looking to buy a swing for my little guy but am afraid he'll grow out of it too quickly!

I hurt all the time, Baby dropped 3 weeks ago but no action (dilation or anything). I'm just waiting for signs. I wonder if she doesn't come on time how long they will make me wait.
@SouthernAli i was about a day overdue, i think what triggered my labor was when they checked my dilation at an OB appt, i went into labor that night, I've heard of it happening that way for a lot of people. don't be scared! i didn't have any signs or symptoms either, but I remember the feeling of the dropping, it was horrible!

You know what's cool, you have really changed some of your idea's as you have been doing these vids and are open to trying new perspectives, like with the xmas pressies, and I think that kind of persona growth is totally respectable!
he is a cutie with an adorable smile. my son is gonna be 4 months on jan 12th. my son also smiles alot and kinda laughs. he also copys me and my husband by sticking his toungue out whenever we stick our toungue out at him..its so cute. my baby also loves the changing table but hates taking a bath, he gets scared.

baby's loose their newborn hair and grow in new hair. My baby was born with dark brown hair. He lost that and got like light brown hair, and now his hair is blonde at the tips. Baby's go through hair changes lol!
He is sooooooo cute. I also love animal outfits. We put our boy in a dragon outfit for halloween and then a rain deer outfit for Christmas, both with ears on the hoods - sooooo cute!

It's the best thng! Since ur breast feeding u will love it! I watch videos, get on facebook, look at TMZ. Also, they have this great app that I can time her feedings, changings even her docs apointments/milestones.
my appetite changed a lot after i had him, i'm not as hungry anymore ... also breastfeeding burns something like 500 calories/day. get on the scale, you will prob be shocked!
My first son also screamed when he would be in the car. I found if i burped him before we put him in his car seat he would have a better time. Maybe the way he sitshurts his tummy!

if my husband isn't around to take care of him, i sit him beside me in his little vibrating bouncy chair while i do my hair and makeup. he only gets fussy every 10 minutes or so - i hold him and give him is pacifer, then put him back in his chair. Or sometimes i do it when he's asleep..

it was tiring for me but kind of exciting too ... i was really determined to keep it going since i knew so many people have trouble with it
mine was like that in the beginning too, all that stops after about 2 weeks ..if you pump now, there'll be a lot you can freeze and use when you go out in public in bottles.
my Allison NEVER liked tummy time eighter! but did you know, that holding him on your shoulder to where he can raise his head and rest it on your shoulder, counts as tummy time? so we did that slot with Allison and before we knew it she was holding her head like an expert! we would lay back on the couch or lean back in the computer chair to kind of make it harder for her, so she could get a good workout with it! hes so adorable! good job momma!
