Great quality for this footage. Yeah grinding is a drag and theres a lot of grinding I guess considering quests arent too rewarding. Still, combat is wicked and the graphics are amazing. And Aion Vision looks amazing cant wait for patch 2.0!!!

Guess you don't know anything about DPS. Timing your skills in accordance with your attacks will maximize your damage by not wasting any downtime between attacks. Notice how there is a pattern of white attack immediately followed by special attack? This gives you the best mana efficiency as well as overall sustained DPS until you have more skills to use. But it's ok, you can act smug and talk down upon others like you know everything. I wont say a word ^^.

Mana efficiency with a chanter? What kind of weed are you smoking? Chanters use absolutely minimal amount of mana in combat regardless if you spam combos or not... And I sorta like how you know I know everything based on a single sentence, you are pretty impressive or pretty bullshit.. either way.. the faster you pull off combos the more combos you can do hence more DPS..

seeing how you didn't even hotkey auto pickup.. already shows that you are clueless about this game..

While I can see where you are coming from the truth is that at this low of a level (On CN Aion 1.0) a chanter does not have enough skills to spam, and so skill weaving is the best way to maximize DPS. Once you have more skills than yes, it is better to spam and then wait for about 1 auto attack and you can combo again.

Also, try not to be a hypocrite. By saying that I know nothing about Aion because I dare right click to loot is just sad. If it were to click to use skills, then I could see it.

honestly, im a lvl 43 chanter, and untill this time i still prefer right clicking to loot, just because you use hotkeys to autopickup doesnt mean you suck at the game or no nothing about it just a personal preference of how you play the game. And yea, at my level spaming combos with hotkeys is awesome, makes grinding a bliss...

yeah im guessing blessing of protection is blessing of rock but at 22 u can get a stigma thats called promise of aether which gives u a 5% chance of recovering mp with each attack

mein kantor bis lvl 50 gemacht mit vLl 20% grinden von 40-50 wenn man sich die quests richtig einteilt und auch die RICHTIGEN macht lvlt man schnell...

es ist nicht sinn eines online-games lange überlegen zu müssen, wie und wann man welche quests macht. es ist schlimm genug, dass man überhaupt grinden muss, ist und bleibt ein absolutes no-go für ein p2p-game.

als chanter aka die ultimative easy-grind/level-klasse würd ich da eh etwas leiser sein.

in JEDEM neuen spiel muss man grinden bis neue quests geaddet werden !

natürlich kam und kommt hier und da neuer content (wohl eher endcontent...), aber darauf, dass sie den grind rausfixen, kann man lange warten. asiatische mentalität.

da du immer wieder auf das sogenannte grinden einhackst würd ich mal davon ausgehen das du keinen einzigen lvl 50er hast.

wann muss man in etwa grinden (nicht die ganze zeit) ?

lvl 22-23 = hab ich gegrindet

lvl 23-25 DURCHGEQUESTET !

lvl 25-28,5 abyss und nochsana

dannach feuertempel und alle anderen instanzen gehen

lvl 30-40 is sowieso lächerlich da man die in instanzen durchmachen kann easy

40-41 = grinden den rest wieder in instanzen !

30-50 ist monotonie pur und ja, ich spreche da aus erfahrung. die wenigsten haben lust darauf, 20 level dungeons abzufarmen.

aion mag ein schönes spiel sein, vor allem visuell, aber für den westlichen markt ist es halt in jeglicher hinsicht zu zeitintensiv.

schön, wenn du bereit bist, deine ganze zeit dafür zu opfern. ich war es nicht ;)

Iv just reached level 28 on Spatulos. Got a full Physical Crit kit, i would deffo recomend phys crit with a 2 handed staff, as when u hit a crit, theres a chance u knock down the opponent.

I dunno if I'm right, but I use attack. I do this as chanters don't have that good crit anyway, and are a more constant dps, (i.e not burst damage) and seeing as crit is burst damage, it seems more logical to boost the constant damage that they have, with Attack manastones.
