It uses some settings that you might have fucked up. So I would recommend to you LOOK FOR "RESET" button, most computer based technicical things can resets it settings

aswell I know if you cant find it, you can change MPC OS (Operative system) try google around "Reset mpc settings" "MPC OS (Operative system)"
