Unfortunately, sheet music is somebody's interpretatation of the music, not note-for-note what the artist played. Most times it has been simplified. The recording is in B, not C. Her acoustic version is in B-flat.

Note-for-note transcriptions are advertised as such.

oh yeah? check out miss GaGa herself playing Paparazzi and Pokerface on piano ;) just search for "Lady gaga paparazzi acoustic" and you'll see for yourself that EVERY song with a melody can be played on piano.
