I have started the raw vegan lifestyle but I honestly dont think mono dieting is the only problem this guy has he doesn't look healthy to me you can be unhealthy and overweight. and you can be unhealthy and underweight too I have seen others many others who eat mono meals and they dont look this sickly to me

It also reminds me of the kind of OCD behavior/thinking that men/women display with eating disorders . Some experts might say that this bloke has an eating disorder; who knows? Spirulina, chlorella, hemp protein, etc. Chlorella is also I THINK a source of B12 which you also need. Raw veganism is fine (although I don't think I'll ever be hardcore) but I think you're doing it wrong!! :)
hi dude, just a sugestion. Eat differrent type of fruits. I am a frutarian and i have quite big muscles, is because of the combination of amnoacids. Zukini is a nice fruit for building muscle with lemon. Try and eat different fruits. Go frutarian

Peach is also a fruit wich wonderfull aminoacid content (for building protein and that takes you to build muscle). That is, a lot of people think that fruit or leaf don´t have protein because the aminoacid are not put together as in gluten or other veg source, but in fact is better to have free aminoacid (less job for the body)
@irlumir very interesting, i would love to read more on the subject. any recommendations? i am low fat raw but i am not big on zucchini - they seem to have a mild smell/flavour that makes me nauseous. do you know which ones are less optimal than zucchini and peach? how about figs, dates, tomatoes?
with the famous b12. your mouth can produce it, but it need the correct enviroment to produce it. B12 is produce by bacterias, and that is what we have in our mouth. But you have to keep your mouth as free as posible with refine stuff or you will not be able to produce b12 correctly. Also the best thing is not to wash teeth to often and don´t use any toothpaste or any product. The main problem with teeth is descalcification that comes with refine sugar (a chemical that is used to cristalize it)

I watched the video. Here is my take. I am eating only spinach salad with ground chicken, beef or turkey. I don't eat any grains anymore. I have experienced a surge of vitality, health and strength. I could not do this eating just raw foods. The key is eating only raw foods and some meat. Some meat gives the extra punch needed. Eating meat with breads and other carbs is where people go wrong. I am done with cooked food except meat. My digestion is superior now. I am about 80% raw now.
I know cyclists and elite runners that take meth to look like these guys. Just eat clean and keep your blood clean and your body will naturally stay lean.

I'm not going to watch the whole video of this Auschwitz survivor because it's a bit too strange for my taste, but he looks just plain old emaciated. Having close to zero muscle is not desirable. I'm a cyclist and while I understand the importance of being lean, I'm not nor would I ever want to look like a 50 year old prisoner just for my hobby.

I can relate. I did the vegan diet and become so skinny, pale and -99 vitality. It seemed healthy but eventually I found I could not put on healthy weight, pale, and zero vitality. I found I had Celiac disease so I eliminated all grains. I can now eat chicken and fish sparingly. Too much meat clogs you up, too little and you can't maintain muscle and you are in danger of having a heart attack. The raw and mono diets are absolutely UNHEALTHY. Key: moderation in all things!

@zestrus11 Actually, when body is free from mucus and useless tissues, it remains thin. On a fruitarian / 811 diet (even with some cooked food) the body remains thin. IT will show you the muscles you have for your daily activities. If one is sedentary, muscles will be small, if one is a bodybuilder, his muscles will increase in volume. @wildpeartree I agree. We live in such a high body-image society that we forget about internal health. It's a shame those who are judged by how they look. They have more muscle then you think. We are so used to seeing big and fat americans that we associate "thin" for being sick and weak. Well guess what? This is what we are supposed to look like.
@clankm There are 2 extremes. Eat only raw and eat mcdonalds. Please find a balance. Supporting extremes of any kind and giving them kudos for killing themselves slowly is sad. They will eventually die from a heart attack due to lack of protein/fats. I eat 80% raw and only some cooked meat. Doing this is what we are meant to do. It saddens me to see people so desperate turning to such desperate measures rather than seeking moderation. Look into food combining and eat 80% raw 20% meat!
@MormonManUtah My fave website aside from the calorie restriction idea is rawforlife. There's an excellent article on meat there. People have also being taking drugs for thousands of years but of course it doesn't mean it's a good thing. Humans are degenerating. Our elderly people are living in a state of dis-ease; the younger generation, too. Man has been able to survive on meat but genes are weakened by imperfect diet and thus the genes of future generations are further weakened. Peace
@natureasintended When I go on 100% raw vegan binge I watch this video to get me to eat some meat and eggs. After watching this video I ate 3 whole eggs today. I feel much better. Going 100% raw does make our skin much clearer. Consider the reason is likely connected to testosterone. When I go 100% raw my strength is gone. Not having cholesterol from animal foods reduces testosterone and increases estrogen in men.
