@Infecting123 download 7zip file manager and download the texture pack (google: my little minecraft texturepack) . Then search in your programs and files for %appdata% and click on roaming. you should see ".minecraft", open it and then open texturepacks and put the file in there. If you can't figure it out there may be some videos that will walk you through the steps better that I can.
