@chrysanthos66 To me, Yamato was tops for looks. If we want to add others I'd put the Baltimore-class heavy cruisers and Iowa-class battleships right up there above Bismarck. Probably some Italian battleships or cruisers too.

Don't get me wrong though - the Bismarck was definitely shapely.

@galloway6204 Yes, but they used catapults in the back. both monoplane and biplane types. In fact they were all launched and ordered home during her last mission. White lines were used on full deck carriers, like the Shinano, to guide the planes during take off and landing. Yamato also were painted in dark battleship gray, only Musashi was painted light gray during her last mission to act as a decoy. Still, very nicely done.

@darkhound891 it is such a king battleship because the american's didn't have the guts to put Iowa against her . Instead they used aircraft. If you're opponent is the best swordfighter around you will not pick up a sword and fight him , you pick bow and arrow and shoot him.

@blipster1985 we had the guts but they used a deversion to lure away the third fleet so the Iowa or any other battleship didnt get the chance to go up against the yamato. you need to read up on yer history before making comments like that.
