  • @JeffreyLee

I agree with you! After I did its training workouts

I knew it was a tremendous no nonsense program.

After 3wks, I have gained 7". Gaining momentum

now feels like the old days. I felt stronger and

more explosive now. But dude, you mispelled the

site name. Here's the correct one:

    JumpHigher.info

  • Dr. Squat is an Illini. nice :-)

  • JACOB ITS DARRIUS !!!! from about 2 years ago, i used to get over the phone jump coaching from you.. we probly talked 4 times then we stopped communication. I got some vids of my for you to check out and some questions for you...PLZ REPLY!!

  • @nikeflight17 where are the vids man? Nice to hear from you again!

  • @freejumptraining One of them are on my page, is there a better way to contact u about all my questions tho? i dont have your cell anymore and i know your a very busy man.

  • @nikeflight17 we're in touch now on FBook and beyond :)

  • Stop haters! 1,000pound, on your back = crushing all the joints and cartillages! It also destroys all the systems vascular for example where he talks about blood bath rushing out of your sinuses! SHUT UP! It's not fun!

  • @freejumptraining go lift a train!

  • anybody know how to cure patellar tendonitis????

  • I did a depth jump....about 1 meter high....15 repz...1 set.....would that work..?

  • No He has 40 inches vertical = 45 inch running vert. But that's when he's weaker and was a teenager. He'd put 50 pounds of muscles his entire career and I'm sure he could jump a lot higher than that!!

  • are u saying get strong enough to squat 1.5 ur weight be4 doing quickness drills?

  • wats up jacob i put up some new vids of dunk attempts. on some lob dunks i tried i got my entire hand above the rim, and my legs were tired from a tournament this weekend too. next week is gunna be a big week man, i can thank you enough.

  • Dr Squat is one of the most prolific athletes of all time!

  • how were his squats wide?shoulder width?

  • see pic at 1:20

  • so all we have to do it a 1000pond squat and we can jump 40inchs hahaha i wish it was that easy ya?

  • Vertical jump wasn't his focus, if it was he would have tapered his strength focus off long before he hit 1000. Once your strength is sufficient to overcome body weight, at your highest contraction speed, additional strength will no longer be of benefit, but you and most athletes are nowhere near the point of reaching the strength needed before focus becomes on quickness and contraction time.

  • thumbs up to that comment

  • I cant do dat heavy dont want to stunt my growth or effect my back

  • damn Jacob your tick and ripped...

  • Thanks bro, getting back into shape... Been out of much activity for quite a while.

  • Jacob please, with a lot of respect and not trying to diss or anything but please we want to see you dunk man, u r a jumping legend now and we want to see rambo in action, I know ur progam works so I´m not trying to test you or anything just want to see u up there, much much peace

  • Thanks bro! The time will come again. I have been out of training for a a couple of years. Broke my shoulder, and sustained a knee injury during a stupid wrestling match... then I got married, and we have been traveling for about 8 months... haven't seen the inside of a basketball gym in a looong time. Too long. But if have begun training again and I will soon be back to my prime. I'm 28, and my best jumping days were at age 25ish. I have full confidence I will surpass my old bests.

  • Yep I think so too I´m sure you will, thanks a lot for all ur doing for us man ur the only one who seems to care about others, I bid you very good luck and thanks again.

  • Thanks for your support man, I really appreciate it.

  • @freejumptraining hey man, jacob, keep up the good work! i would like to buy the program of yours but i don't have as near as much money so i train as i ve been told, with squats and plyos and having in mind what you and other knowledgeableguys say

    but

could you explain me abbout squats one thing, where is the limit in weight (and also how many repetitions should i do) and if possible tell me if using max load is ok! thanks

  • My voice was pretty bad on this sorry folks!
