I used to love to make pesto sauce, but the local market which used to carry BIG bunches of basil YEAR ROUND changed hands. Now, the store sucks, and I cannot get enough basil to make pesto with, and I have to resort to eating it in a restaurant, or using purchased pesto. When I asked the people in the store for fresh basil, and they said they didn't have it, they said they could get it (in little teeny tiny bunches). Then, they got upset when I said the store went downhill.
