Favelas is one of the poorest places in brazil with gang violence and kidnappings. Imagine being piss poor one day, then pooring your heart and soul into something you love doing and becoming succesful at it? of course hes laughing hes happy. Sandles and shorts is what he wore everyday and coming from that hes probably laughing because he knows he looks ridiculous in a suit.
