Jens Voigt, (dark jersey) helps team leader Andy Schleck (white jersey) by leading him up this difficult climb. It's easier to ride behind another rider because the air resistance is reduced. He is also helping Alberto Contador (blue) unintentionally. Voigt exhausts himself in this endeavor, and can't keep up when Contador surges near the top at 4:43. But that's OK, it was his job to help Schleck, even if it means losing a chance at a good personal result.
If Andy Schleck rode like this after his chain dropped then he would have won the Tour de France, nobody pushes anywhere near as hard as Jens Voigt in the Pro peleton

Alberto Contador is not one of these men. He's no Hincapie, or Schelck, or Jens or Cancellara, or Boonen or Leipheimer. These are great cyclists. Not Contador. Dumb kid.
