you cant become super sonic in sonic 1 because there are only 6 chaos emralds,but then a new emrald was probaly discoverd before sonic 2 and you cant become super without uniting all 7 chaos emralds.thats MY explanation of the chaos emralds. p.s.i dont even want to try to explain the 14 chaos emralds in sonic spinball

Yeah, super forms and the 7th emerald weren't added until Sonic 2. In Sonic 1, collecting all the emeralds just gives you a very slightly different ending and bragging rights.

As for the Dragonball thing, check out the Uncut or Subbed version of Kai, trust me, not intended for kids, Nicktoons and Toonzai just edit the shit out of it., Toonzai especially, I mean Blue Popo is the funniest edit ever, even though my friend gets headaches from looking at it.

You don't use a program to do this shit, that's the easy way. You open up your rom in a hex editor, and you edit away.
