Lack of attic ventilation causes roof deck to be soaked

Somethng that wet, and you said you ere on the roof, does not have a roofing problem? You also mentioned no stain problem on ceiling, so what is the cause? Your evaluation and or recommends are scaring everybody for nothing. What is the cause???

your recommendations are completely inadequate. If the decking is actually soaked, it will be because of more than just improper ventilation. Waiting until a mold problem gets worse before having it taken care of is highly inappropriate. A bigger problem means more expense to fix it. In the mean time, you still have a high spore count and risk infection to other areas of the home. If there is a problem, fix it.
