hey good vid...got one question for ya....besides lios cross, which is an ideal location for the active 35, do you know of anywhere on the northern side of the airport with a good view of 17?i know there is a sharp bend near ashgrove where you can see planes on final, but unfortunately there is no view of the actual runway....?
Coo It aint half grown; afraid I go back to the days of focker two engined planes, cambrian airways viscounts and when aer lingus just took delivery of the 737's, In fact one flight from Heathrow was cancelled till the next day because it was raining so hard it couldnt get in...those were the days, I was lucky mind , my aunt lived in Isleworth.
Nyi I think Cork airport is better than Shannon but I know you are gonna minus 10 this but my fav Irish airport is dublin, not because Im from there but because It just gives me an amazing feeling.
Nice video, Cork has to be one of the best airports I've come across for photography. You got some variety there too with the white 737 and the Astreus 757. Thanks for posting.
thats a beutiful shamrock 320 at the start. i think that aer lingus have the nicest livery on there planes and its not just cause im irish there a good lookin plane.

go out the kinsale road about a mile, turn up the road for atlantic flight training and you are right at the fence of the runway :)
