Well there are really too many moves in this vids to name them all. I don't where you are in your game, but i suggest you to really take times to master really well the basic moves (like toe stall, clipper stall around the world, etc) before to try to learn these. But in the video there is some troque, whirl, rip walk, blur, ducking, etc...

the stalls i can do is, toe stall,inside stall,outside stall,clipper stall,head stall,neck stall and the one where u crouch down then like do a push up and flip the footbag on ur back then do push ups lol, i need harder stalls

Hacky sack, skate shoes are good, but if you are talking about footbag, Lavers or Quantums

hacky sack is the brand name of a rather poor brand of footbag which isn't very good for stalling. so in a way, yes, hacky sacks, the brand name ones, lack the sand and stalling ability of more professional footbags.

I just noticed one more thing about this video. Even though I've watched it several times already I didn't even realize (!) the action matching transitions. Now that I watched the video again carefully I have to say that it's amazing how good it looks. Even with big angle changes I'm not distracted at all, and it all just flows. That's really cool.

BarrMe3, I couldn't help but laugh when you wrote "Hackey sack is supposed to be a mellow, sort of calming activity. Don't take it so seriously.." I think you missed the point of the video. I wanted to share the uphill battle I've gone through in my then-near-decade of training, which at times was very frustrating. I tried to tell it in context, how it suddenly sets in and disconnects me from reality, and nothing seems to work. The scream is sort of a release of all those demons.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I know I could have shown better variety, and thanks for the criticism. I don't know what are windmill and fire-fly. I've been playing adamently for a decade, and know a lot of moves that would have been good to use, but this was a limited shoot and I did the best I could between directing the shots, planning the moves, cutting it together in my mind (no storyboard), and performing for 6 straight hours. In the end, I think it turned out pretty good.

hacky sack and footbag are very different other then using ur feet and kicking a ball. its a different goal and mindset realy. and like dhsfootbag said. he didnt repeat many moves at all.
