Dr. I keep focus towards my goal which but I get distracted by my ex news. I am avoiding checking facebook from last 1 month but some person will come and talk
about her newly and happy pictures with her new bf and i loose my focus i destroy my time...and this happening all the time...how i can use my brain to control this and comepletly focus on my goal?

@RAJIVKUMARRAJIV Get the book. I bought it off amazon. The BioNeuro and Sprit/Emotion Prototypes are very helpful tools. AND THEY WORK. Believe me. But remember one thing because this happened to me a lot when I was first learning the law of attraction and that is when you are PERFORMING the law of attraction get in the habit of fitting it into your daily schedule because my situation was i would do the process for a week and then stop which lead to more negativity and doubt.
