well i figured that. the 900's are about 12 years deep in the game. damn ima miss them.
they need to get the GILLIG BRT'S but i know that they not gon spend that type of money on them. luv GRTC but they bieng a lil cheap on tha rear destination signs tho.
i wonder if they gon get anymore buses like that in the near future...... wehres the whistling sound when they hit the brakes?????

i dont know when they r gettin more phantoms they just recently got 18 new low floor buses. and oh yeah the retarder is off on this bus

As you may/may not be aware, Gillig no longer produces the Phantom. Therefore, GRTC will be receiving Gillig Low Floors in the future.
The recent delivery of 300's (Low Floors) were to replace the 900's (Phantoms); those were kept because of rising service demand.
The next order of Low Floors will be either next year or 2010. No word on what will be replaced at that time.
