People when Time Warner does this send them an imcomplete bill for imcomplete service, If they ding your credit report, sue them for deceptive trade practices, and breach of contract in federal court, their bs attorneys will have to settle with you (Federal Courts=ADR mandatory) If you are on that price lock cap, when they cancel the channels is a good time to cancel the cable Termination fee free due to a breach of contract. IN most cases it entire parts of states that only have one provider, for instanc almost all of West Michigan is Charter. The only other option is satilite.
