Was in a Weston, Mo. gift shop on a winter morning in 97' and heard this song playing. Bought the CD, never heard of Connie Dover at the time but continue to listen to her music. She has the most beautiful voice I've ever heard.

This is coming from someone who mainly listens to opera: this voice has so much lyric color to it that I've not heard from some of the best lyric sopranos and mezzo's. There's no strain, no definable register differences, no grinding at the bottom. This is a pure voice with a natural technique. She has great coloratura turns and her breath control is superb.

I think that a lot of classical singers can learn a lot from listening to her. This is what the natural female sound is. No tricks!
