The music of this song was copied from Indonesian old song in year of 1930s namely 'Terang Bulan'. This case is the same with P. Ramlee's song. The Music of P Ramlee's song 'Merak Kayangan' was copied from song ' I'll Always Love You ' that sang by American Popular singer, Dean Martin.
But, how can this song to be a national anthem of a country. Be ashamed. Shame at you !!

Malays goverment should arrange a world contest to create a new national anthem for Malaysia.
So Malaysia will own a new original national anthem.
