Wow, I had not idea how bad it was with WorkSafe. In Florida, we have pretty decent protection for the injured worker and the law favors the injured employee as opposed to the employer.

This video talks about everyone of us fighting the system and how we all feel. I watch this video a few times a month and every time I do i cry. Seriouls injured workers are the only ones figthing for our rights . WHY ?? Ask that question to someone that is not related or has never been injured and they will tell you . It did not happen to me ..

I know that most of the commenters here worked hard, and never expected anything for nothing. Most of us probably felt a bit guilty not being able to handle things ourselves. So, we hide away. They bully and intimidate injured workers to a point of no return and then they wont take any resposnibility for where we end up! All injured workers deserve better!

What the fuck is so hard to understand about an injured worker needing HELP? Why are we made to suffer, the pain and indignity of having to beg for diagnostic tests + operations that are DENIED, even though they are the only way to have a health recovery. My case manager is a fucking bitch who has caused me severe injury, and permanent disability.

I can relate to all shown in this video. I suppose spending ten years just fighting a corrupt agenda has taken its toll and they (family,friends)say I have changed as we all have.Isnt this a form of terrorism and torture?After all one would believe that a long awaited diagnosis for symptoms that never changed would result in fair treatment. Well, there is the proof that first impressions are generally right. I got completely caught up in the first video of yours I watched, and immediately subscribed. Now, I've watched them all, and haven't changed my opinion one bit. You slam the message out there, but in such a professional and quality manner, that I bet even our WCB reps must enjoy them.

Thanks for your comment I appreciate the fact that we are not alone in this shitty system called worksafe.

I have tried to get the reality of being an injured worker out there, as I feel that we suffer from alot of stigma, but if we can put faces to this shitty system then it makes it more real for those lucky enough not to be injured at work.

When an injured worker in Australia is abuse or suffers because of the WCB abusive actions, injured workers in Canada feel his or her pain. We all suffer the abuse together.
