@badot11 I was always taught that the respectful thing to do during a formal performance is to allow the artist to FINISH their piece then applaud and show your appreciation. However, if this was a rock concert and Lars was on stage, it'd be an whole entirely different animal. Recitals and formal concerts are just different. Lastly, they did go wild - at the end ;)

@MrPejsze If you listen you'll hear she isn't playing the musical accompaniment to the vocals, but has also worked in the vocal melody, playing both parts simultaneously. Singing over top of her beautiful playing would ruin it.

As for faces, any talented pianist will show focus / emotion on her face when she plays, and it comes through in the music too!

In my honest opinion, Vika's gorgeous, has incredible talent and shouldn't change a single thing!

Having played almost the piano for almost 15 years myself, I've often liked piano interpretations of songs better than the normal versions with several intruments and vocals. However, I cannot imagine ever thinking the original nothing else matters by metallica if I had never touched a piano. I honestly can't think someone would not get shivers like 20 times while listening to this regardless of which music you normally listen to...
