This is one of the best animes... It shows the mess of humanity which we are want to hide so desperately. 'Cause nobody is a saint, no matter what does she/he wants to think.... (And, in my opinion those who had sent people to hell weren't much better than those who were sent there.)

It is. But of course it has worse and way better episodes too. (And if somebody likes it or not it only depends on his/her taste.) Anyway, it's about a girl who delivers revenges to hell. (She takes those people into hell who were the revenges taken on.)Ai has a sad past and because she came back to this world after her death, this is her punishment. I think watch some episode first than decide that you like it or not. Have a good day!

@Kyaksa Don't you mean that they are 'deaf", not "blind"? To besides, many songs have that kind of beginning, the first three seconds is nothing to judge a song upon. This kind of music was the series saving grace in the from the start, and during the endings, the anime grew to fit the mold. It may seem like a fighting, yes, but it fits the horror genre oh so well.
