Open your 911 First Responders/Emergency 4 Folder, go into "mods," select your current Los Angeles mod and go into its folder, go to audio, FX, Sirens, and put the mp3 of your siren choice, renamed "Siren01 and Siren02, into the folder. They will replace the original Siren01 and Siren02. 03 and 04 are Medic siren, 05 and 06 are Police siren.
