There is a mention of Caste system in some of our literatures, although not much importance is give to them, and it doesn't says that caste of a person is defined by his Parents ,instead it's one's deeds and qualities is what makes him belong to a particual caste according to the scriptures, it's only later on that it all started getting decided based on one's lineage. The potential implication behind that assertion is that there may also be SPECIAL rights that belong to some (perhaps meaning to Muslims), but not to others (perhaps meaning non-Muslims).
In the very least, it is not any sort of a denial of that idea. Then too, what - if anything - Islam identifes as being basic human rights may not be the same as what are identified by one or more other sources as being basic human rights.

Indian caste system was quite legitimate and non-discriminating in originally. 4 class were Brahmin (scholars), Kshatriyas (admin, military), Vysyas (business, service, self-employed) and Shudras (uneducated labour). These castes exist everywhere even in US or UK also there they r calles scholar, military men, businessmen or labour. Its that simple as per the occupation. Other dalits are the result of Kshatriyas going into battle but ended up loosing their way enroute to the battlefield. Dalits are not all the same. For example in South India we expell any criminals and people who commit inter caste marriage outside of the village. They will be forced to stay outside and we won't be allowed to have any physical contact with them. Thats how some dalits originate. However, I would like to think in the 21st century our consciousness has risen and we have realized the injustice in continuing such a system. There is a mention of Caste system in some of our literatures, although not much importance is give to them, and it doesn't says that caste of a person is defined by his Parents ,instead it's one's deeds and qualities is what makes him belong to a particual caste according to the scriptures, it's only later on that it all started getting decided based on one's lineage. On one side we have left this age old pathetic thing in our religion but Islam has no scope of improvement inbuilt in it.

"Aryans" as a people never existed. There were kurgan people from Central Asia and there were Indo-Iranians from Northern Iran. "aryanization" happened both in europe and south asia. its only a linguistic process not a racial one. the supposed "aryan invasion" took place at the time when ancient elamites were invaded by assyroids. Ancient Elamites are proven to be of J2 ydna. In India Brahmins and some warriors/merchants have J2 ydna NOT low caste.
