I've watched several of your videos and I got to say this is my favorite. You were right this song fits the Doctor and Rose like a glove. I particularly loved the ending where the Doctor says "Hold on!" just as the song is saying the same, gave me chills that did.

perfectly bittersweet, but when i thought of this song i would go for Eleven/River.
still this video is great, the editing goes great with the music.
