ap3day - You need to defeat Wesker in the mission where you need to save Jill also. He will leave once you do sufficent damage and then when you face Jill the gem will be at the bottom of the steps.

You get it if you beat wesker in less than 7 minutes, then the treasure should be between the stairs, you can take it in the fight with jill...

When you first fight Wesker you must do enough dmg to make him run away. Then when U have to rescue Jill it will be on the floor between the herbs and stairs. Hope this helps.

Great work with RE 5 treasure videos. One piece of advice, or something not I would find VERY helpful but I'm sure many others would as well. Create a 'Playlist' with all the treasure hunts (in chapter sequential order) so we can play along as the playlist goes on :).
