There was an annoying heckler at his recent show in SF. Annoying as hell. He just ignored the dumb broad and carried on like a pro, but what made it worse was that she was seated on the balcony (above everyone) so every time the stupid bitch said something it was very audible.

There are people who shout unintelligible noises, but the ones who talk and try to pitch in by interrupting are complete assholes. Whoever was seated by her should of said, "STFU, we didn't pay to see you".

The proof is in interviews with CK and Cook. I've heard both acknowledge that Cook attended several CK shows when CK was doing his bits about a guy getting hit by a car, strange names for kids, and some others. I shouldn't generalize when I say all of the material, but based on evidence presented by CK, the fact that he did the jokes years prior to Cook, and the fact that Cook attended those shows, it's clear he did at the very least, lift some material.

The thing is, we don't know if CK has heard that from Regan. What we are sure of is Cook watched all of the material that he lifted from CK. CK actually acknowledged that, sometimes comedians coincidentally do the same material, but if they discover they are doing similar material they hash it out. Unlike Cook and Mencia who stole material, and tried to pretend like it was there own.Yes,there are times when people do similar material coincidentally. There are also others who flat out plagiarize.
