He cant even straighten his leg, which is what happens when you tear a quad. Impossible to straighten. Now watch Vince again. He sits on the mat with both legs straigh out in front of him.

There are so many different levels of severity with a broken neck/back. Minor to paralysis or death. So out of those injuries Austin's was most serious in my opinion. A pile driver has got to be done just right or it's dangerous. Sure doing a crazy twisting backwards flip off the top rope onto a bunch of people on the floor could backfire or go wrong as could any move but a simple old school pile driver gets my vote for most dangerous.
