@IVON899898 well based on specs, it has to be EVO. But u need to know which OS u will like...Android or WM 6.5. HD2 is good but it has his shortcomings and if you are not patient u might be as pissed as the guy below lol.
@romanii87 /7 Pretty funny, i did the opposite, i had a iPhone 3GS which was a totally useless phones and exchanged it for the HTC HD 2 and it was a great decision. My Iphone was dropping huge amounts of calls, call quality was horrible like talking inside cardboardbox, battery dying 2 times a day, incoming calls goin straight to voicemail even with full reception, auto rotate constantly freezing in Ipod app etc etc.. For me HTC HD2 has been superior ine every way then my Iphone 3GS.

i can view any file my computer can with this phone(hd2), i cant see the confusion.
emulators,movies,,microsoft office,mp4 as well as at flv files. all those i just mentioned can not be viewed on a non windows phone/os without special software that doesnt come with the phone.
as far as the internet goes,because the hd2 has windows,you can upload skyfire which is hands down that fastest and most used browser. get this phone folks
ok so im about to get hd2 or the nexus but i can't decide which one to go with i've watched a crap load of vids and read even more comments. i'ts been i while since i had a good phone so either would be great but i wanna know what you guys think is best as far as apps,downloads,customisable, internet speed doesn't really matter cause the way i see it all phones are going to lag on one site or another
Forget the hardware 4 a sec becos they re both similar. with minor diffs.(see below). You need to choose the OS that best suits ur lifestyle. In terms of apps, there are certainly more in android compared to winMo but WM has a bucket load of productivity apps including games esp wen u factor PS/SNES/GBA emulators. Browsers that support flash, Coreplayer(supports mkv), the customization available, and upcoming WinMo7 makes it my preferred option. That said HD2 has it quirks. just visit Xda.
i agree very customisable phones my touch pro 2 i added skyfire 1.5 browser & i luv it cant wait to get the hd2....it looks to be the best phone on the market...better than the n900 i returned my n900 back to nokia!

Hardware specs they are similar..diff re:.hd2 has a bigger screen nexus has a better but smaller screen. nexus has slightly more ram than HD2. For me video playback is a necessity and coreplayer isnt available on android yet so it fails.

@krumprak Menu->Tools->Settings->Select Page->Video. Change video output to GDI. Video quality leave on high.
