i couldnt do this lol i have my double down to where i can do it as high as a single so i couldnt get it high enough it would end up as a triple or quad haha

When learning it as a double, it has to go high and lofty, it'd be easier with a triple or a quad. Now, to make it look good, you execute a to the rear AS the rifle leaves your hand, and your feet pop together when you catch, hence the double. Other than that, practice and make sure you get clear of the rifle. Oh and when you throw it up, throw it SLIGHTLY behind you, not much though

Can you do a I think its called a ninja.... its when you do a double in the front and keep the momentum flowing.... going around the back and you chunking a double behind your back and catching it in a certain kind of stanc....Hence the ninja... very dangerous... espicially with m1

its pretty complicated. you have to get it to move just enough laterally so that once youve spun around, you can catch it. its called a death double because if you dont do it right, it could land on your head. which would hurt like a bitch.

With the way the rifle is when you catch it, if you wanted to continue it into a rising sun it'd have to be either backwards or left handed

@Reaver101 even so it's pretty simple to do a transfer/extra rotation on one of the hand changes to get it facing the right direction again
