thats what +12 G's positive wing load rating is good for, if you tried this in your utility catagory +4G or so cessna 150 it would shed wings. There was a local man who had some of his buddies with him in 4 seat piper and flying low over area saw friends and tried one of these instant climb manuevers and shed wings all perished.
