Idon't know why the hell the jamón get bloody salty when heated up....

It can get two times more salty, depending on how you fry / heat / cook it.

@raonipaes Try soaking it for a little while before you cook it, that can help draw out a bit of the salt...

@lylianaes1980 Quesadillas are wonderful with grilled or roasted chicken! Also w/ leftover roast beef. Try them with different types of cheese, but the onions and the jalapenos really make them wonderful. Also good w/ a little bit of tomato and/or black beans.
