Sanguinius was weary from battle but it was also cause Sanguinius spent his last hour or so on Terra circling with Horus both trying to pursued the other to join them. Sanguinius had completley given up on his closest brother and he refused to fight him, the only damge sanguinius did to Horus was the crack in the armour the the Emperor used to finish him.

i am a fan of the raven guard, but im starting to question them every time i hear another story i mean i already knew of that massacre on isstvan 5 i didnt know of him hiding in the raven tower like a coward. he could have stayed and helped the space marines along with gulliman because the space marines needed leadership but he had to be selfish about his own mistakes

if you read the SM codex, some people believe that the legion of the dammned are the lost firehawks chapter that flew into the warp and were burned, others believe that the emporer created them without anyone knowing.
As for the Dark Angels great secret, the emporer never knew of this secret, only the inner circle, those who rose to the Deathwing and Ravenwing, and the greatest soldiers of the DA succesor chapters know of the secret.

2nd and 11th chapter were traitor chapters, which were completetly annihilated during the horus heresy. their homelands are destroyed, and few survivors were escaped to the eye of terror, where later joined with other legions.

Angron has some tragedy behind him, he was preparing to make a last stand with his freed gladiator bretheren on Fedan Mohr while the planets miltary massed for a final attack to wipe them out, but the emperor teleported him out of there before the attack and his men were slaughtered, he never forgave the emperor. This was before he joined the crusade but still.

Sanguinius was weary from battle but it was also cause Sanguinius spent his last hour or so on Terra circling with Horus both trying to pursued the other to join them. Sanguinius had completley given up on his closest brother and he refused to fight him, the only damge sanguinius did to Horus was the crack in the armour the the Emperor used to finish him.

Angron n sanguinius were the CC pros but sanguinius had assualt skill too n could fly and was more calm and in control. so sanguinius. Horus thought sanguinius should have been the Warmaster.
