i did a report on this guy for my law and evidence class. with the 2nd trial, in my opinion, the jury is mostly to blame. rays guilt was not proven beyond reasonable doubt. when the jury deliberates, they have to say to themselves is this crime proven beyond reasonable doubt? chances are they thought what side has the better case
