Dabei folgt die -ich/-ik-Aussprache recht komplexen Regeln, am Wortauslaut ist es standardssprachlich aber IMMER als -ich zu sprechen, die -ik-Variante ist Bayrisch/Fränkisch. Gespiegelt dazu werden im Norden harte Formen erweicht ("ich saach dat so").

It's not spoken that frequently like English, but it's a nice language and the most expressive Language in the World 'cause you can describe things very precisely, but that make's it very hard to learn.

Ok............this has confused me for years.............I always assumed it was pronounced as ..ik.........
But my first time to Frankfurt Germany I started to hear people say ....ish..
I am so confused..when I tried pronouncing...ik to my wife's family they laughed..........
*oh yea...by the way you speak English with a very distinct British accent.......I would have never even considered you to be German because it just sounds so British........when you said ok...it sounded like okei......

Well, when I have time to, I sometimes play computer games. Usually one out the following genres: fun adventures (like the classic Monkey Island), Tomb Raider, street racing, or vertical scrolling shooters (I played Warblade 8 hours straight once!). Only rarely a strategy/sim, like Siedler, Space Colony, The Movies or Rollercoaster Tycoon.
No, I don't like violence, even if only on a computer. Well, I see that Tomb Raider is violent too... err, however. *g* I still don't like those shooter games.

Ah, alright, not Counter Strike or Unreal? I'm more of a shooter or MMORPG fan, as long as the it doesn't cost a ridiculous monthly fee to play.
