Omega shenron was so broken. All 7 ki bars full. Just a few combos and hypermode was easily accessed. Then all you had to was use the ultimate or dragon rush. Either way the Ki was gonna go back to max in the next couple of seconds.

@spikedavid64 idk if anyones told you yet.. but during gokus 2nd+ time through dragon world you have to do the Broly unlocks then right before you fight Broly you go to the most South-Eastern Island and you'll find a "???" which Goku will have a little scene where he is bugging out and you'll unlock SS4 for him. After you get that you will get a message saying a greater foe has appeared and you fight Omega and unlock him. Just spam Kamehamaha x10 (O+>) over and over until he is dead. Easy.

i forgot what it was but it was something about random fighting and if u encounter omega shenron at the most difficult lvl possible...wow he's difficult to beat. If super saiyan4 gogeta had no time limit it would at least be easier to beat but thanks to limited time...he's difficult to beat.

@totopoo123 when u kill buu with the super spirit bomb u should fly by the tounament stage. after you get there fly by the islands by the tournament and you should find ss4 goku.

In goku D.U, on buu saga you have talk to supreme kai, get ss4 goku then beat broly, talk to bulma about the dragon radar, fight gotenks, and then you will get ssj4 gogeta and you'll have ti fught omega shenron

Some moves like Whilwind Spin and Dragon Thunder can be bought in the Skill Shop. Minus Energy Power Ball can be bought too, but it's very expensive.

Everytime you buy an ultimate attack, a different one will show up. Keep doing tournaments and gettin paid until Shenron's shows up.
