@DanandDonna1 Look for a major shift in political attitudes over the holidays, culminating in a historic shift in favor of progressive ideas next February - globally. If you don't see something like that this winter, then US elections might very well be a landslide for the GOP.
@northwatuppa I can handle the natural disasters as there is a way to rationalize them in my mind and as a result I am quite looking forward to 2012 beginning of new age talks manifesting itself. but I get very scared when I see signs of man made disasters as they are very deceptive and they end up killing your dreams and hopes. Will we continue to have this "slavery by consent" or will there be some reprise? I am interested to know your views on how our societies will evolve in next 6-12 months
@ashxyz2008x3 I have said this frequently in various places and will probably get into it more in my next two videos. The key is the beginning of a brand new Neptune cycle. It will approach in November and arrive in February. Right now, we are plumbing the depths of the last Neptune cycle which began in the mid 1800's. The dregs of it. If things are going to turn, they will start turning in November. In February we will accelerate along a new path. IF things go well.
@eucalyptus89 The old alignments certainly seem to be breaking down, or old players are undergoing profound internal changes which will change the facts on the ground - eventually. The only thing that seems certain from here is that the level of uncertainty is rising.

I have had more frequent and more acute spiritual experiences in the past week, coupled with even more intense emotional/spiritual "crashes" from those experiences. Last night was the largest protest in the country's history - 400,000 of a population of 7 million. Officially, for social justice and strengthening of the welfare state, but I have a feeling its more.
@eucalyptus89 Israel frequently makes headlines, but lately, news from around the globe has been blotted out in the US by the GOP primaries, stock market gyrations, earthquakes, hurricanes, droughts, forest fires and such in the US. Even reports confirming suspicion of Iran's nuclear weapons building activity barely makes a ripple here in the US news.
@northwatuppa In short Israel is going through something between the Arab spring and the London riots - I think it has something to do with the tension you mentioned between big government and big finance. Israel began as a country with a strong social agenda, yet has recently been swooned by capitalism, and now its people want to save what's left of the dream before it's too late!

@summa2201 Disruptive energies are now being added to the Earth's field continuously and build up. Pluto/Uranus are now also adding their energies. From 2012 to 2015 Jupiter and Pluto add financial fuel to the fire.IMO it's a question of how well we deal with those energies, or not. We could reach critical mass at any point during that period, as individuals or collectively. In some nations, things will blow up, I have no doubt. They already are. In other nations, probably not so much.

Spot on! There is only so much resiliency humans have. Sooner or later, things have to shake up. I find it interesting that September 2011 is the trigger month for change considering:
1. UN agenda to recognize Palestine - Sep. 20.
2. Comet Elenin's alignment with Sun and Earth - Sep. 27
3. Rumors of Israel and Iran war before the UN agenda
4. Europe's financial crisis
5. Mideast in turmoil
So do you see societies fundamentally changing the way they have operated until now?

If we cling ever more fiercely to the old ones . . . that would be tragic. Right now, it is still too soon to get a sense of how things will go. Based on what I'm seeing now, I think it could still go either way. Things are hanging in the balance.

@scallywaggle001 I don't feel able to say much about that. I have always thought that nature reflects the aspects; the weather always seems to; natural and man-made disasters always seem to. But that is just a general impression from years of observation. The US will probably experience far higher than normal rates of natural and man-made disasters. I can't say much more than that. It's a speculative area of astrology, imo.
@oSEIDOSHIo Actually ... I think you have to get pretty far along in meditation before you can achieve that level of simplicity in your life. That level of simplicity does not come easy.
@nodiscobiatch Let me just say one thing. I am very grateful to my younger self for having the wisdom to learn to meditate because only meditation is able to help deal with present stress levels. While that is true for people of all ages, it is especially true for us older folks. Our personal demons get restless and persistent and, well, our nerves tend to get frayed more easily.

@SuperCp12 That is the problem! There is no word for this stuff. Maybe "evo-revolutionary", or "revo-evolutionary". The thing is we are talking about an evolution in consciousness that is so rapid and so radical that it is revolutionary in itself, for the individual. Also, it will bring about a dramatic change in expectations and behavior in individuals that will extend powerfully and disruptively into the outer world. But it won't necessarily be explosive like 'normal' revolutions.
I am glad you understand what I am saying. I think we are presented with the opportunity to move from the old to the new without the changes to and from polar opposites. It is a chance to move out of a programmed way of thinking and reacting. The reading was a very positive one unless there is a resistance to the being outside of the box we have created for ourselves. The process we are now in requires us to prepare ourselves in ways either revolution or evolution demands of us.

But it is more like a healing crisis and a cleansing crisis. Rapid release of negative repressed energies can be traumatic for the person and really disruptive to their lives. Just one of the reasons I so strongly recommend meditation. It helps deal with this stuff.
I find that many people are healing and cleansing already... Do you think the intensity of Neptune, the Yod and the T-square will depend on how much healing and cleansing a person has done already?
@SuperCp12 I think you really have to take a question like that on a case by case basis. When it comes to cleansing and releasing, you really can't ever tell when you'll hit another big block you didn't realize was there. Supposing a person was working through the easy, lighter stuff before being able to release something heavier and more basic. And so on.
Hehe...if people have "good" "deep" meditations that stir up stuff the person has not looked at before it can be quite a crisis, meditations can sometimes add fuel to the fire; in such situations, best to lay off the meditation and channel ones energies into pragmatic and physical tasks like gardening or directly helping others in need of practical help, eg. make a sandwhich and go out and give it to someone who is hungry.
@Tedisup Very good point. I guess it depends on how far along you are, how much guidance you have had, how much you had to release, what kind of techniques you are using and a host of other individual factors. It matters a lot what age you are when you begin.
I remember all that from my earlier days meditating. But after a whole life of meditating, having gone through most of the rough parts, I am deeply convinced that practicing meditation is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
@ittlebite I think we dodged the global disaster bullet back on 8/2. Which is good.
But if you've been watching the news, MAJOR issues are developing. The USPS is foundering. SSDI (Social Security Disability Ins.) will be *out* of money in 2017! Major riots in London. Major protests in India. A farmer friend says big and really awful things are going on in US agriculture. Etc.
We didn't get the headliner, but events that will negatively affect huge numbers of people are happening.
Right on about those Quincunxes Carl. I have a perfect YOD in my chart, both Quincunxes are ruled by Saturn in Cap in 9th. It shuts down Mercury in Gemini in 2nd (my voice) and Uranus in Leo in 4th (spontinaity and fun). The energies have nothing in common, don't work with each other, never resolve anything, can't make a decision, and the second guessing IS excruciating!
@MidlifeCrises I have a yod, too. It is tied into my north and south node issues. It took me the better part of my whole life to figure out what was going on. A costly lesson.

Sirius is in the middle of tropical Cancer. Nothing is happening there right now, really.
Only exact conjunctions or other abstruse correlations (see Bernadette Brady) count with respect to the fixed stars.
Finally not a whole heck of a lot is really known with any confidence about their effects, not really. It is a neglected area.
I have used Sirius, but only under specific conditions there is no room to go into here.

But if you've been watching the news, MAJOR issues are developing. The USPS is foundering. SSDI (Social Security Disability Ins.) will be *out* of money in 2017! Major riots in London. Major protests in India. A farmer friend says big and really awful things are going on in US agriculture. Etc.
We didn't get the headliner, but events that will negatively affect huge numbers of people are happening.

Right on about those Quincunxes Carl. I have a perfect YOD in my chart, both Quincunxes are ruled by Saturn in Cap in 9th. It shuts down Mercury in Gemini in 2nd (my voice) and Uranus in Leo in 4th (spontinaity and fun). The energies have nothing in common, don't work with each other, never resolve anything, can't make a decision, and the second guessing IS excruciating!
The Quincunx is no fun at all.

@MidlifeCrises I have a yod, too. It is tied into my north and south node issues. It took me the better part of my whole life to figure out what was going on. A costly lesson.
