I'm going to try this with my 1 pood KB. He did say that "two sets in total for the circuit." So you have to do each exercise twice (total 20 reps of each) before resting?
I've been working out regularly for about 8 years, my wife is just getting into lifting and this is a great workout for us both! We're using different weights of course but it leaves us both out of breath and sore. Fantastic!

I emailed this Pt about a year ago wanting 1;1 sessions. He never responded so i tried another Pt from Wetherby........Nick Ward......he's awsome

I have a 16kg KB soon, should i do this 5 days a week? In combination with some cardio training.. i want ripped abs :)

Nice swings, but a kettlebell press should be from the 'racked' position.

@id0stuff i would go for 10 or 12 - 16 kg is unbelievably heavy - unless you already workout alot
