  • I'm going to try this with my 1 pood KB. He did say that "two sets in total for the circuit." So you have to do each exercise twice (total 20 reps of each) before resting?

  • Nice swings, but a kettlebell press should be from the 'racked' position.

  • @id0stuff i would go for 10 or 12 - 16 kg is unbelievably heavy - unless you already workout alot

  • I've been working out regularly for about 8 years, my wife is just getting into lifting and this is a great workout for us both! We're using different weights of course but it leaves us both out of breath and sore. Fantastic!
