if you ever thought mozart was pretty and perfect think again - he had trouble paying his bills, getting people to listen to him and if you think it was played pefectly (whatever your definition is) you are probably wrong - classical music screams and is out of tune - when betthoven conducted deaf, when schumann lost his orchestra - so learn your history sucka
Wtf are you talking about?! How is classical music played out of tune unless the instruments are out of tune? And yes Beethoven conducted deaf but also happened to know what his own pieces sounded like. Yes Mozart couldn't pay bills, but who cares?! He created some of the best music ever written. You try composing like him, or Beethoven, or Schumann. Just because they weren't appreciated by poncy aristrocrats back then doesn't mean people like you should do the same.
i'm glad that my comments have angered so many people. what i mean to say is that no one is perfect. and yes, schumann had trouble conducting his orchestra, b/c he went crazy and was going to fast and then they stopped. the great music screams of failure because it is born of torment and tragedy. if you think every orchestra back then was perfect i'd bet you were wrong. however, as none of us were there we really have no way of knowing. and by the way. i CAN compose like mozart.
Really now? Why don't you try to compose something that can be proven to stimulate IQ and THEN we'll talk about whether you can compose music like Mozart could.
@sullivangang well put. this was real. These guys had real issues and somehow wrote this incredible electrifying music. Piss off technical worms and play the goddamn thing yourself if it's that simple.
@JovenCaFi That's really too bad. You guys are good (aside from that one note which isn't a big deal anyway). The orchestras will always keep playing, it's only a question of whether the public will have interest in some of the greatest music ever written.
Excellent!!! i haven't heard it played better by anyone yet.

Aside from the French Horns (I think?) being a bit out of tune, this was great!

is this rehearsal?
iambananananananana 4 years ago
no.. It's a real concert... we don´t have a lot of audience like professional orchestras.
