This is the clubhouse of Marikina Valley Council 6178. The lot is owned by the Marikina gorvernment leased to the council.

that clubhouse was acquired several decades back when property was still very affordable. The lot was acquired, the structures put up, improved and maintained through the generosity of the council members and other fund-raising activities.
