@scotttisdale Well, if it was for the ease of typing, Siri will take care of that. I wanted a bigger screen too but I think Apple standards would rather produce a bigger screen with the same high pixel density rather than a bigger screen with the pixel density of the iPhone 4. A higher res, bigger screen would cost a lot of money, I think.

@germany688 most likely it will only have 512, looking at the ipad2, but it will most likely be DDR2. its still 2x faster than the iphone 4, so its the biggest jump in speed to date.
everything else for the iphone 4S sounds okay but i'm really doubting that Siri will be efficient because not a lot of phones out in the market right now has a decent voice command feature, this just makes ppl talk on the phone more while driving

@germany688 most likely it will only have 512, looking at the ipad2, but it will most likely be DDR2. its still 2x faster than the iphone 4, so its the biggest jump in speed to date.
