Back in 1965 Roger Miller took this song to #1 and boy what a difference Nashville was back then remember the King of the Road Inn. The song is a great tribute to Roger Miller and sounds great to hear by Crowding 50, glad you re-did the song. Wished you had played it Saturday night at the Municipal Auditorium but not having your bass player with you would have not been the same. We really enjoyed the show and the CD we purchased. You guys have the talent hope it works out.
