The first one is usually by luck, once you get the ball, you have to be facing that weird angle and then I think you flick the left stick the opposite direction.

that trick is super annoying. When you want to out run defenders, Ronaldo suddenly does that trick (the trickis slow), then the defenders catches up. Hope this trick performs faster in PES 2009
