  • That's simply because he's not there to give advice and tell people what to do. He's giving them a general way of thinking so that they can work out their own problems and figure out for themselves how to be successful. When it comes right down to it, people who achieve success do it on their own. Sure, they have people to motivate them, but it's their journey to make. No one can do it for them.
