@chibineptune 1. The movie is called "I Love You" ("ya lyublyu tebya", made in 2004) 2. I guess this guy in a hat is from that northern part of the country that has lots of reindeers. How he got it to Moscow - I don't know. I will watch this movie tonight and will know.
