If you listen carefully to Mr Young's speech patterns you can tell that he is a very confused, unsure and dare I say not very bright young man. He doesn't strike me as a fully rounded and capable NFL quarterback. Successful QB's in the NFL are invariably young men who are obviously mature beyond their years. Young doesn't leave me with that impression. He's a capable backup but he'll never be anywhere near an acceptable starter in the NFL.

When you're drafted in the first round, it is expected of you to provide an instant impact. Has he done that? No. Young is just putting on an act, because he hasn't put together the wins or passing numbers that can prove he should be the starter and was worth the contract he was inked to. The more the Titans continue to win with Kerry Collins, the less likely he will start again this year, and the more likely he will be approached to take a paycut next offseason.
